Hot 'N Spicy Fried Chicken Strip EASY!!

All you need is the Hot n Spicy flavor Pork Rinds, chicken cut up into strips, butter, cooking oil, and hot sauce. (I recommend Crystals Hot Sauce)

Melt the butter and add a dash of Hot sauce to the butter and stir it up. Next take a plastic baggy and put a handful of hot n spicy pork rinds in it and crush the rinds into a very fine consistancy. Drench your chicken strips in the butter and then roll it in the pork rinds. Then fry the chicken in a pan till golden crispy. I would have used olive oil if I had had it available, but since I didn't I used vegetable oil.

    YUM!!

PS- I would have given exact measurements, but it depends on how much chicken you want to make. I myself used 2 tablespoons of butter & 1 tablespoon of hot sauce to make 6 strips. There was butter/hot sauce left when I was done though.

I made a little modification, perhaps someone will want to try it this as well...

I prepared lime juice and tapatio hot sauce with some salt and pepper, and I dipped the chicken in this mix instead of the butter. Then I rolled the chicken in plain pork rind (crushed) and fried in garlic olive oil.

it had more of a kick. still, the original was a killer recipe!

WOW!! I made these for lunch today, chopped them up and put on a salad of lettuce with Ranch Dressing. After I cooked them, I tossed them in a bit more Crystal's just to heat things up! Very easy to make and crispy tasty yummy
