If you like fish this is YUMMY!!!
Tilapia with Soy, Ginger and Garlic Glaze
1 Tilapia Fillet
2 tbsp Soy Sauce, low sodium
1 Garlic Clove
Fresh Ginger Root (I used a small piece and crushed it in my garlic press)
1 tbsp Butter
Sweetzfree or 1 packet of Splenda
First in a small bowl mix Soy Sauce and Sweetzfee (or packet of Splenda). Put to the side for later. Melt butter in frying pan, add crushed Garlic Clove and Crushed Ginger. Add Tilapia Fillet. Cook on both sides till almost cooked. Pour Soy Sauce mixture over the fish and finish cooking. It'll make a nice glaze on the fish. The sauce should bubble down. I hope that made sense...lol.

and it's not even lunch time here yet hehe I love fish and yet I think those flavours would compliment a chicken breast fillet too - and I have those in my freezer atm - Thanks!
