Just had dinner and by a major fluke the family loved it (me being mostly not domestic)
I pounded chicken breasts and gave them an egg bath
dipped them in ground up spicy hot pork rinds
then fried them in butter, put on a little
parma and motza cheese, it was yummy.

I tried this today at lunch and even my DH and DS liked it. I mixed shredded parmagiana (sp?) cheese in with the pork rinds and fried it in olive oil. It was spicy and very tasty! Thanks for the recipe!
