    Re: Cheesecake Pancakes...DIVINE!!!

ok, ok, I'm gonna give them a shot tomorrow. Ya'll have convinced me.

QBU, do you think the protein powder helped hold them together or did you find them difficult to flip? There's a pancake flip pan at walmart I am thinking of buying, may make them easier to flip, Lord knows I can't flip worth a damn. So, I have some SF syrup, but ya'll keep saying they're good alone?? Wow. I'll check in tomorrow after I've done the taste test!

They were very easy to flip...held together just fine. No problems.

        That looks soooo good!!!
I'm glad you guys liked them so much. I really did too.
I've never had protien powder but maybe I should look into getting some.
It looks and sounds like it helped them stay together.

Here's a pic of my breakfast today. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Just to let you know...they do re-heat well. I put them into the microwave for 1 minute on 50% power and they came out perfect!

                      Re: Cheesecake Pancakes...DIVINE!!!

OMG, I made these last night when I got home from work, around midnight and again this morning before work.

They are too good to be low carb. The second batch I made (this morning) I forgot to put in Splenda but I didn't even notice. I sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on the top of the stack and it is sooooo good.

Thanks for my new favorite breakfast!

I'm glad everyone is LOVING them!!!
                          I do too!!!
I did have to fix the carb count...sorry.
For half the recipe it is 2.5 NET CARBS.
For the whole recipe it is 5 NET CARBS.
The book said it was lower, but Linda figured it out for me, and it was higher than what the book said it was. It's still low carbs ESP for how DELICIOUS it is
                          Sorry about the confusion...

Oooooh my goodness, I made these this morning with only 1 packet of Splenda and a little bit of Vanilla Extract, yummy, my 3 y/o twins had their face in them when it was done. They liked them too.

Thanks. I will do that recipe again for sure!
