Pizza Rats
My daughter LOVED the movie "Ratatouille" so we got the cookbook and found a great recipe that we could have fun making together and both eat (I modified a little so it would be low carb).
Ingredients
1 Flatout Wrap (Serena made hers on an English muffin)
2 tbsp low carb pizza or pasta sauce
1 oz Cheddar cheese
1 oz Mozzarella cheese
2 Olives, black
I slice pepperoni or salami cut into little strips
green onion if desired
Pre-heat oven to 375*
Cut flat wrap into triangles
Put on cookie sheet and cook till crisp (about 5 minutes).
Then add .5 tbsp of sauce to each slice, top with cheese. Use Olive slices for eyes, and salami or pepperoni for whiskers. Put another olive on top of whiskers for nose.
You can also put a slice of green onion in eyes for color.
Cook for 10 minutes. Be careful when removing from cookie sheet because they stick a little. I thought it was the wrap, but it was the cheese, and because they're so thin they can break easily.
ENJOY!!!
