I tried these tonight and they are sooo good! Got the recipe from About.com
CRAB CAKES
Use water to soften pork rind crumbs. Mix all ingredients. Form into patties. Pan fry in oil.

- 3 oz. bag of pork rinds, crushed
- 3-4 tbs. water
- 2 c. canned crab meat (4 cans)
- 1/3 c. finely minced onion
- 1/3 c. finely minced celery
- 1/3 c. finely minced green peppers
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. mayonaisse
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tbs. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbs. minced parsley
- 1/4 tbs. black pepper
