    Substitute for breadcrumbs?

    I want to make my world-famous salmon patties, but I need a substitute for breadcrumbs that is not pork rinds.

    Any ideas? Or do I even NEED anything, do you think? Could I just make them with egg and mayo but no "crumbs"?

      I will give you my recipe for breadcrumbs if you will give up your recipe for 'world famous salmon patties'.......

      I love using parmasean cheese and if you're at that point, mixing in some crushed almonds. To me it tastes even better than breadcrumbs.
