For dinner:
I cooked ground beef in a large skillet with kosher salt until just almost completely browned then added shredded (largely shredded) cabbage, diced white onion, and 2 cut up roma tomatoes... added a little olive oil, salt and pepper...
That was obnoxiously good. It took all I had not to eat the whole pot.
My sister (not following Atkins) loved it also...
