Ok, I kind of just threw stuff in a pot and it came out great!
3-4 cans of low sodium beef broth
1/2 lb of ground chicken
1/2l b of gound pork sausage
2 green peppers
1/4 onion
1 can of diced tomatoes
1/2 lb of shrimp
I browned the meat then drained. Then pretty much just threw every thing else in and boiled till green peppers were soft.
This made a ton of soup. People still on induction my need to becareful.
Whats really cool about this soup is that I serve my self and put some away for lunch and then add minute rice to it for the rest of my family. It then ends up like a gumbo/rice dish.
