Ok - I made something tonight my kids loved. I used the Honey Mustard dip that is on SFS.com (mayo, mustard, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, splenda)
2 lbs chicken tenders
Mix & put into a gallon ziploc:
1 small bag of pork rinds (crushed)
2 tbsp basil
2 tbsp orengano
1 tbsp paprika
Do a basic egg wash with the chicken tenders
Put them in the ziploc bag and shake away!!
Bake at 350 about 20 minutes or until done (depending on how thick your tenders are)
Served with a huge salad! Each kid ate 2 & 3 and I ate 2 YUMMY!!
I have a bunch left over for tomorrow too!
