I love shrimp and had been missing the cocktail sauce I used to slather all over the stuff prior to eating it, but ketchup has 4g per TBSP and tomatoe sauce has 3g per 1/4 cup.
I tried this last night and I think it is good and I can live with it.
Here is goes.
2lbs Bag of Frozen Cooked Peeled Shrimp(I get mine from Costco)
Let thaw out
Take a small can of tomatoe sauce
3 Packets of Splenda
Tbsp of vinegar
Big heaping tbsp of Horse Radish(No sugar added please)
Big heaping tbsp of Old Bay Seasoning
It was sorta thin, but delicious. I think I figured net carb count to be around 12 grams per the entire bowl, and this was more than the 2lbs of shrimp could handle.
