April Water Challenge: On Target As Of Today
I tweaked her deep dish pizza (that I love) last night and added some flax meal & pepperoni's to the crust and instead of making it deep dish I spread the crust out thin on 2 round pizza pans. I cooked them then let them sit in the freezer for a bit to firm up and grabbed em out and topped them with everything we put on them and back in the oven. It was good couldn't taste much of a difference. I figured with all the cheese we needed some fiber/flax. My family had no clue it was there. They got really cripsy and pizza crust like until I recooked them with the stuff so I need to figure out a way to keep them crispy. yum! I took pix.
