  • "Best meatlover ever"

Before I started this, about a month ago, I had leftover spaghetti squash. The kids said they didn't like it so I had a lot of it. Sneakily, (hehe) I put about a 2 cups of it with raw hamburger, added spices, (garlic, onion, salt, a tsp splenda, a dash of worcestershire) and an egg and baked it all as a meatloaf. The kids LOVED it. My daughter, 23 said it was the best meatloaf she'd ever had. Also have foster children 10 and 12 who loved it. I only told them later what was in it. teehee. She wants me to make it again.
I just realized this would make a great induction meal.

Actually, I think finely chopped cooked cauliflower or finely chopped mushrooms would also work. Or a combination of whatever you have.

Omg, that's genius!!!!! I definately love and miss meatloaf. I think some of those twice baked 'potatoes' and green beans would go great with this!!!!

So y'ure sayoing I could use some other veggie in the meatload other than the spaghetti squash right?? I dont have nay on hand. LOL

      Thanks so much!

I would think so. If I try it I'll let you know. Mushrooms for sure would be good, or a combination of mushrooms with this.

Was this cooked first? Did you cut it up really small as to not be like shreds of squash in the meatloaf?
