  • Yummy Marinated Chicken In A Bag

I found this recipe on "Eating low with Amy". She has some GREAT recipes!!! She made it with beef and called it "Beef in a bag" I didn't use beef, I used chicken. I also couldn't use Sesame Oil because Michael is allergic so I used Olive oil. It was still YUMMY!!! I used less garlic then she used (I used one clove, she used 3). You can use how much you like. You can use beef or chicken or BOTH!!! Michael and I loved it!!! I may make it again tomorrow so Serena can try it Anyways, here is the recipe...

Yummy Marinated Chicken In A Bag

    Ingredients

16 ounces chicken breast (no bone, no skin)
    1 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 tblsp lite soy sauce
1 tblsp sesame oil (I used olive oil)
    1 tblsp rice wine vinegar
    1 packet Splenda (or Sweetzfree)
    1 tblsp chives (green onion)

    Directions

Put chicken into a ziploc bag. Put the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil (or olive oil), rice wine vinegar, and Splenda (or Sweetzfree) into ziploc bag. Seal and shake the bag to mix everything together well. Marinate for 1 hour. Add chicken to a non-stick skillet and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked and the marinade has boiled down a bit. Once on plate sprinkle with chives. DEEEELISH!!!
