Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust!!!
I got this recipe from Linda's site, but I changed it. I made it with less cheese so that each serving was only 1 oz of cheese, and I also made it with less eggs. I used 1 instead of 3. She used basil seasoning and I used Italian seasoning. I also used a little less of the spices since I used less cheese. It's really up to your own taste I loved the way it turned out. It was yummy. The counts for this recipe are without any toppings. Remember to add counts for sauce and toppings IF you use them. I put sauce, peppers, mushrooms and pepperoni on half. The other half Michael only wanted pepperoni with no sauce. It looks burnt but it isn't. It was DEEELISH!!!

THIN AND CRISPY PIZZA CRUST
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1 eggs
.5-1 teaspoon garlic powder
.5-1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

*Toppings of your choice

Mix the cheeses, eggs, garlic powder and Italian Seasoning well. Line a 12 inch pizza pan with parchment paper or nonstick foil. Evenly spread the cheese mixture in the pan, almost to the edge, making it as thin as possible. Bake at 450º 15 minutes until golden brown. Check after 10 minutes to make sure it isn't burning. Add your toppings. If you add toppings add them and put pizza uder the broiler for 4-5 minutes (check after 2 minutes). I didn't add extra cheese but you can. Be sure to add them into your extra topping counts if you do.

Makes 8 servings

*You can sauté any vegetable toppings before putting them on the pizza because it will only be under the broiler for a few minutes with the toppings on.

I'm in the process right now of trying this one out....It's in the oven right now.

I used a basil garlic seasoning blend with mine....I'm hoping it'll be okay without sauce, as I have none in the house! I lied, I found a jar in the pantry hidden away!

Oh no I put mine on Parchment Paper (it's the first time I've ever used it). I know Linda's recipe said foil OR parchment paper Hmmm. Well, I hope it works sweetie. It's yummy without sauce too

I did this recipe tonight after two days in a row of people around me eating pizza that I couldn't have....It was delicious and it totally helped my pizza craving. I used a organic tomato sauce and pepperoni, red bell pepper, and onion.....yummmm!

I just wanted to say thanks so much for this recipe. I never cared to much for the other pizza recipes, but this was delish!
