  • italian beef seasoning

    hi guys!! i'm thinking of making an italian beef in the crook pot, but i'm not sure about the seasoning. i used to use a packet of good seasons italian dressing, but it contains sugar. i'm not sure if this would be induction acceptable. here is the info per 2 tablespoons:

    Hi. I dont know which seasoning is best for italian food but i have been using 'adobo' seasoned salt (available in the spanish food section) for everything ! it has no sugars or carbs etc. I have used it on salmon, indian food, chinese........well pretty much everywhere.
    i used this great seasoning called 'cajun' seasoning, a small green bottle from publix but i noticed today it had some 'solid corn syrup' whatever that is. but i stopped using it just in that it adds up to my carbs.
