This is really good and easy!!!
Hot and Spicy Catfish
Catfish filets (what ever amount you will need)
1 bag of Hot and Spicy pork rinds
1 egg/beaten
Whatever oil you wish to cook them in
Dip the fish in the egg wash.
Coat the fish in the Hot and Spicy pork rinds
Fry in oil until fish is tender and flakes
Pretty sure it is induction safe.
Amount of carbs depends on amount of catfish you use.
