Linda's Deep Dish Pizza - Induction Friendly!
Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes
Honestly...this is 5 stars. A keeper for sure. The toppings that I had on our pizza were: sausage, green and red peppers, onions, black olives and green olives.
Linda's Almond Thins
Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes
I did find that my crackers were still a bit too salty. However, these are very good. With some tweaking I can make these little darlings perfect for my taste buds. They are a must try if you're tending to miss actually dipping something that resembles a cracker. These are NOT induction friendly due to the almond flour.

I ate one warm from the oven and while it was tasty...the author of this recipe is right. They are even better chilled. Breakfast has been hard for me the past few weeks. This has been the perfect solution. If you're in OWL...go ahead and add a few fresh strawberries or blueberries. DELISH! These muffins will satisfy any sweet tooth. I am one happy lady with these delectable treats!
Faux Rice - Induction Friendly!

Very good! Great addition to stuffed peppers and cabbage rolls. In Linda's recipe review she says that grating cauliflower was a mess. Mine wasn't in the least. I used the S blade of my 3 cup Kitchen Aid food processor. I put half of the cauliflower in and pulsed it a few times. I then emptied the first batch and put the second batch in. Definitely not a mess and easy, easy, easy! I can see stirring seasonings into this rice to help achieve a desired flavor. While it's not actual rice, there's hundreds of things you can do with this.
Crispy Cabbage - Induction Friendly!
Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes
Not too thrilled and I'm a cabbage lover. Maybe I'm used to having cabbage packets on the grill. I chop up cabbage and sprinkle with salt and pepper and in each packet put a pat of butter, seal and grill. It would even be easier to just saute the cabbage on the stovetop and brown it that way vs the oven method. This wasn't what I had expected...I thought it would be softer and crispy.

VERY GOOD!!!!! It's almost too good. It was nice as a side with a steak and a side salad.
