Hi guys, here is a recipe which would fill you up and keep the carbs in check...
Ingredients
- 2 big leaves of cabbage.
- 3 eggs.
- 1 cup spinach leaves.
- Cheese (to ur liking).
- Onions (2 small rinds).
- Olive oil or any other oil.
- Salt to taste.
- Pepper.
- Lemon (2-3 Tablespoons).
Place the cabbage leaves in chilled water.
Now, pour some oil in a pan and heat. Put in the eggs, salt, pepper and prepare scrambled eggs. Place the scrambled eggs aside.
Boil the spinach leaves for a minute and place them aside.
Take a bowl and mix in the scrambled eggs, spinach, rinds of onion and lemon juice.
Remove the leaves from the water and place them on a flat surface. On the leaves place the mixture and grate some cheese. Fold the leaves as desired and heat it in a pan covered for a few minutes.
