I took the basic Mock Danish recipe and tweaked it just a little.
I only use 1 oz of cream cheese, and I mix some fiber ( I emptied 2 capsules in there- psyllium) and about 1/16 tsp of cherry sf jello mix for flavor. The rest of the recipe remains the same.
If I cook for the whole two minutes and let set for about a minute or two I have a nice tasting breakfast I can pick up like a roll.
I suppose I could also spread some more of the cream cheese on the top!
