Take chicken breasts and slice in half LENGTH wise so nice and "thin" (1/2 inch thick)--this is my suggestion since I hate "thick" chicken. Stir up mustard and mayo in a bowl (equal parts) add shreaded swiss cheese-mix up. Put the mix on top of the chicken (which is laid on tinfoil on a bakers rack)...I like a LOT of topings so I mix maybe 1/2 cup mayo with 1/2 cup yellow mustard and put it on like 6 slices of chicken (three breasts cut in half long wise to be "thin")....(you can use golden mustard also)...YUMMIE...bake--350...until cooked!
