I always used to make this and serve it over pasta. Now I just eat it minus the pasta. Purchase a really good boneless sirloin. Cut it up into one inch pieces. Fry in olive oil along with some green pepper, onions and garlic. I like lots of black pepper too. Add a bit of tomato or marinara sauce. Carbs will very depending on what sauce you use. I just use a bit so I don't sweat it. To kick it up a notch I take a block of good parmesan cheese and slice pieces off, put a slice on top of each piece of meat towards the end and let it melt on there...yummm. Sometimes I use chicken instead.
