If you're tired of regular burgers, give this a try:
12 oz 93% or any lean ground beef
4 tbsp Victoria Taylor's Moroccan spice seasonings (or any Middle Eastern seaoning for lamb, couscous or hummus).
8 oz fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup cream cheese
3 Tbsp sour cream
Butter and olive oil
Mix Moroccan spices with hamburger meat. Divide into four patties. Fry or grill until desired doneness. Saute mushrooms in butter and olive oil. Heat cream cheese, parmesan cheese and sour cream over low heat, stir until mixed and creamy. Add mushrooms and heat thorough. Top burgers with mushroom sauce and serve.
