I tried the cauliflower lasagna recipe yesterday and it was awesome. While reading about it, I noticed a lot of people had problems with the ricing of the cauliflower. We have a gadget in our kitchen that made it too easy. All you have to do is steam a cup of frozen cauliflower in the microwave for 3 minutes in an ounce of water. I don't sell Pampered Chef, so this isn't a sales pitch, but 50 pumps on this gizmo and we had riced cauliflower. If I knew my wife spent that much on it, I wouldn't have to take another dose of fiber. Ever. I'm sure someone sells one much cheaper. Happy ricing!
