3 T mayonnaise
2 T lime Juice
1 t cumin
1/2 t paprika
1 lb lump crabmeat, cooked
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
salt and pepper
1 Haas avocado, peeled, pitted and cubed
2 bunches watercress, washed, stems removed
Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin,and paprika in bowl. Add crabmeat and celery. Mix well; add salt and pepper to taste.
Gently stir in avacado cubes. Divide watercress on four plates; top with salad.
