my favorite is T.J.'s pizza -- it's made with queso cheese for the crust - it's wonderful. I have 2 slices left in the freezer from the last pan I made!!

oh -- I forgot ---- for a chip substitute take a slice of Deli Deluxe Cheese (it's thicker than American cheese) cut each slice into 4 pieces (if you want large chips) or more (up to 8 pieces for smaller chips) - place on parchment paper and microwave until the cheese turns brown (a minute or longer depending on your microwave) -- they taste like Cheese Nips. Each slice counts as 1 oz of cheese.
