  • Pork Ribs and Sauerkraut

    I use this for the long pork ribs, not country style.

    I put ribs into a roasting pan, dump 1 can of sauerkraut over the top (juice and all) cover, cook in a 350 oven for 2 to 3 hours. The meat falls off the bone and is great.

    My family HATES sour kraut, but they love the flavor of these ribs. They just scrape off the sour kraut and there are never any ribs left!

    I ,however, love sour kraut so there is my side dish.

    This is absolutely hands down my favorite meal. We make it every year for the New Year's holiday. Now, if they only made a carb free potato for Mahed potatoes
