Pizza Cassarole
Ingredients :
1lb Jimmy Dean Regular Pork Sausage
Pepperoni
1 jar Ragu Homestyle Pizza Sauce
diced Onion
diced Green Pepper
sliced Green Olives
sliced Black Olives
Mushrooms
Mozarella Cheese - shredded
Cheddar Cheese - shredded
Instructions :
brown 1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage , just about when its finished cooking throw your onion & green pepper into the sausage for quick heating. Is not necessary to cook veggies fully. Place sausage, onion & green pepper mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 cake pan. Cover with 1 jar Ragu Homestyle Pizza sauce. Cover with shredded Mozarella & Cheddar Cheese.
Next, cover cheese with pepperoni slices, then adding your green olives, black olives and mushrooms. Cover again with another layer of shredded Mozarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for approx. 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees , until the top is golden brown.

This is a family favorite and I usually make 2 pans. I portion out the leftovers into individual servings and freeze for quick grap lunches and such.
