I don't know if someone has listed this before but, i thought it was a good idea and it was........awesome! This is induction safe and has 2 carbs per serving from what i got on fitday.
3-7 oz sirloin steaks
3-tbls. sour cream
1-stalk green onion (chopped into small slices)
4-tbls. olive oil
Montreal steak seasoning
Mix sour cream and green onions in a bowl. Refriderate.
Heat olive oil in large skillet over med/high heat. Place steaks in skillet and season top side. flip over and season other side. You want olive oil on steak before seasoning. cook on both sides until brown. reduce heat to medium and continue cooking until desired temp. (I like mine Med.)
Place on plate and put 1 tbls sour cream mix on top of each steak.The sour cream sort of melts on top of the steaks.
And there you go....easy and oh my was it good!
