  • Delicious Salad

    Wanted to share with you all a meal I had after the gym. I am currently in the induction phase. I made a salad that consists of lettuce, tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, sliced dill pickles, sliced cucumbers, and cilantro. The taste of cilantro is great, so I didnt see any need for any type of dressing. I also had 1 fillet of Tilapia. Is this meal fine? or am I doing something wrong?

    You should have some protein or fat with your carbs...so salad dressing would have been a good idea

    I like cilantro too.
