    I absolutely LOVE Subway sandwiches and have missed those like crazy...so I came up with my own.

    Use Linda's waffle recipe..omit the cinnamon, splenda and vanilla and add italian seasoning, salt and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.

    Cook in the waffle iron and then put on a baking sheet and add all of your fixin's...then bake it until the cheese has melted.

    I'm also looking forward to using this recipe as a pizza crust, too! The best part is that it's induction friendly and my teenager LOVES it!

    Yum, that does sound good! I couldn't find the waffle recipe--can you copy and paste it or send a link for me. I want subs for lunch tomorrow! Thanks.

      Just omit all the sweet stuff and add the italian seasoning, salt, etc.
