Creamy Chipotle Scrambled Eggs

Add three eggs, chipotle tabasco sauce, 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix with electric mixer on whip mode for 1 minute.

Pour in frying pan and cook.

Add a splash of hot sauce, pepper, and sour cream to garnish - then serve.
