Maybe its just me, but I have come to enjoy the food I am eating now!
I made this chicken Sunday and it was wonderful and wanted to share.
I use boneless/skinless chicken breast sprinkled with Lowry's garlic salt (coarse ground with parsley) put in oven to cook. When its almost done I pours a small can of mushrooms (rinsed) and some mozzarella cheese on top and finished baking until nice and bubbly.
It was soo easy and soo yummy that I can't believe it was that easy!
