

I cooked 1 kg minced meat (half beef and half pork).
Mix the meat with 2 beaten eggs, salt&black pepper, fresh parsil and 1 minced garlic clove.
Fry them lightly (in olive oil) remove and reserve.
Fry in the same pot (very low heat: 1 minced Spanish onion, 1 minced Italian green pepper and 3 minced red and soft tomatos. When the "sofrito" is soft add 1/2 glass white wine and let it boil for 5 minutes. Add the meatballs and cook all together for 5 minutes more.
I froze the half.
