Turkey Sausage Stuffing... SO yummy

I made Linda's Stuffing Pie tonight for dinner.

It was delectable.

Here's her picture:



Mine didn't come out quite so pie-shaped. It was more like stuffing consistency but I don't mind that at all. I loved it... and, it felt like I was eating stuffing.

I also didn't have a pie dish, or the 8x8 or 11x7 substitutes she said you could use so I used 2 smaller dishes and cooked them side-by-side. It still came out yummy

I also added italian seasoning to mine, and I don't think that was a bad idea because I LOVED how it turned out!

After baking for 45 minutes:

Aidan's is obviously the one with peas, bread, and milk

And, mine is with canned spinach and sugar free pink lemonade.
I loved canned spinach... it's not the most photogenic side dish though

Dinner was awesome
You guys should try it. I'll definitely be making this again for Thanksgiving too!

Oh this looks great! If I can round up some great recipes for Thanksgiving then I will NOT have to feel like I'm being deprived or that I need to take a *cheat* day. I have to admit that the holidays, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas family gatherings are the toughest!
