  • Roasted Lamb (Segovia´s way)

    There´s a town in Spain called Segovia where they roast the best lamb .... they just use water and salt.
    No herbs, no butter, no oil or wine .....

    Just salt the lamb, put it into a dish, add water (2 glasses) and roast in oven. Every 10 minutes turn it and sprinkle with its own juice. There must be always water in the dish and the lamb never will be dry. Add more water if necessary.
    Serve with lettuce (salt & olive oil & balsamic vinegar)

      I roasted 1 shoulder: 50 minutes and 180 grades celsius (356 farenheit)
