Super Easy... Super Yummy
Take a huge portabella mushroom and remove the stem so that it is similar to a "bowl". Grill it or bake it until tender, about 10 minutes.
(I microwaved at work, it was still tasty but a bit al dente and watery).
Fill with your favorite pizza toppings, spagetting sauce or make you rown tomato bruschetta (chopped tomatos, basil & garlic) top with mozz cheese! Bake or microwave long enough for the cheese to melt!
