First I will have to back track a bit & give you my NEW Burger Recipe !!!
1 each pound of 85/15 Ground Beef & Roll of Pork or Turkey Sausage
mixed well together, then measure into 4oz patties & fried to your liking in your Fav Lg Skillet 4 at a time !!!
Makes approx 8~2.8oz Burgers after cooking
Then the Chicken Recipe comes into play !!!
You will need the following:
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts Cubed
Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Mayo 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Spicy Brown Mustard to taste
Dry Parmsean Cheese 1 Tablespoon per serving
Lettuce 1 cup per serving
I used the preheated grease in the bottom of the Lg Skillet from 4 Burgers, then I added cubed Chicken Breast, sprinkled with Mrs Dash & cooked till done !!!
The chicken will take~in all of the wonderful flavor from the Sausage Burger's !!! YUMMY
While cooking the Chicken I took the Mayo & added Spicy Brown Mustard to taste to make a Salad Dressing, set a side. Next shredded 1 cup of Lettuce per serving & plated.
When chicken is finished let cool a few mins, I used approx 1 cup Chicken on top of lettuce, 1 Tbs of Dressing toss well & add 1 Tablespoon Parm Cheese over top and serve !!!
