2 raw chicken breasts cut into chunks
1/2 small onion cut into chunks
4 mushrooms cut into chunks
1 small clove of garlic crushed
3 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 knorr stock cube .. i use beef for more flavour
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp double cream
3 tbsp sunflower oil
mix all the ingredients together and fry in the sunflower oil dilssolve the stock cube in 3 fluid ounces of boiling water and add to everything else when cooked stir in the double cream and serve.
had this last night yum .Makes a thick chunky curry thats very filling and satisfying .
this made enough curry for two people .

I used a cheap package of pork (1.49 pound) that I cut into around 2" chunks and used hot chili powder. I had alot of juice left (which made the dogs happy cause they get some juice over their food), but if you wanted you could cook it down on the stove and add a touch of Xanthum. I served it with Guacamole and sour cream. Maybe I'll copy this over into the never ending induction thread.
