  • New delicious lunch/dinner I made =)

Well someone may of already made this lol but I made a wonderful spicy dish for dinner last night and lunch today.

First i took about 3 oz of raw hamburger and browned or one pork chop (I liked the pork chop better but would work with any meat). Drain majority of the juices but keep a little in your pan. Cut up 0.5 oz of onions, 1 small size mushroom, and 1.0 oz of green bell pepper. Add to pan and add 1 tbsp of soy sauce. When the veggies are almost to your liking add 1.5 cups of shredded cabbage. The I added about 1 tbsp of Huy Fong Chili and garlic sauce mixed altogether and serve and enjoy.

According to Fit day it is about 8 net carbs, the soy sauce add one and the chili sauce adds 1 so the other 6 is from the veggies.

It really good but spicy =) definitely reminds you of a chinese dish

It does sound good. I think I would like the pork chops with it.

Just a tip... be careful with soy sauce - not all of them are legal.

        That does sound tasty

also be careful of the Huy Fong Chili - it has sugar as the 2nd ingredient -- what are the ingredients in the garlic sauce? Those I've found have sugar also. Do you use lite soy sauce or regular -- like Julie said not all are legal.

          Huy Fong Chili Ingredients
chili, sugar, salt, garlic, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate, contains sodium bisulfite as preservatives and xanthan gum. Contains sulphite (sodium bisulfite) (http://www.zeer.com/Food-Products/Hu...auce/000017280)

          Your recipe sounds delicious --

the soy sauce i have is the Panda Brand soy sauce low sodium it doesnt have sugar at all in it and is actually gluten free among many other things so i love it i just like to count the carb anyways to be on the safe side. I found this bottle in a local store around here and i havent been able to find it anywhere else. The chili and garlic sauce i have ingredients are the following :Chili, Salt, Garlic, distilled Vinegar, Potassium Sorbate, and Xanthan Gum. No sugars listed at all

Alos, i like to chop up the pork chop in thin slices when I brown them it seems like they are more and i do think i prefer the pork chop version. Maybe I can try it with chicken =)
