  • My answer to the fast food breakfast burrito!

    So, someone has probably posted this before.. maybe. But I was so excited this morning I had to share.

    I love breakfast burritoes. I would have them every meal if possible. Lol. Before I started Atkins I would stop at Mcd's or whereever and order one (or two) to kick start my morning with a laaarge coffee.

    Well, this morning I made an omolett. Not just any old omolett. I ROLLED IT UP. Like a burrito. Lol.. Wrapped it in foil and was on my way with a bottle of water.

    I don't know why I was so excited about it, but it was so awesome I even text my mom (who has been on atkins from 280lbs through 130lbs - she is so awesome.)
