We like to cut up chicken into strips or nuggets, then dip it in a combination of Crushed Pork Rinds mixed w/ Parmesan Cheese. Then we bake until done...dipped in Ranch dressing, they are quite YUMMY!
And EASY!
Oh, and sometimes I like to add shredded cheddar to the top of each strip about 10 minutes before they are done baking...
My favorite pork rinds for this are Salt and Lime flavored, but plain works fine if you add some garlic and/or other seasonings... [/u]
