Sounds horrible but is sooo delish! My husband made it for me after I told him I was tired of plain eggs, and it was wonderful.
Saute some cabbage in butter/oil. Wisk in a couple of eggs. Add a little salsa and a sprinkle of cheese. Scramble up and cook through.
