I made what I thought was very good..it's sort of a Hamburger Helper feel...Hamburger should be fried and cut into little chunks, boil brocolli as u normally would and then add brocolli to the still frying meat, combine and add cheese..let cheese melt completely stir continously for about 2 minutes...it's GREAT!

I did almost the same thing last week when I needed to make dinner in a hurry, I browned the ground beef, added green beans and then a big chunk of cream cheese at the end it was sorta like beef stroganoff there weren't any leftovers if that tells you anything LOL

I made my own variation of this last night.... I had to use what I had on hand so instead of broccoli, I used an oriental blend of green beans, broccoli, mushrooms and onions. I didn't cook the veggies before adding to the meat, I let them thaw in a bowl of water and then added the veggies after browning and draining the meat. I turned the heat on low and covered the pan and let cook 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mixed in half a cup of mayo, threw in some american cheese and stirred until completely blended. The skillet was scraped clean. I like the cream cheese idea too.....I'll have to try that.
