  • Yummy Lime & Herbs Chicken fillets

    Lunch: 2 pieces of Chicken thigh fillets with fried broccoli and mushrooms.
    (it's absolutely yummy!)

    Marinade: (for 4 pieces of chicken thigh fillets)
    1/2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice,
    2 gloves of garlic (crushed)
    1 tablespoon of soy sauce
    a pinch of black pepper, Basil and spring onion (or chives)
    2-3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    Mix them together and marinade the chicken for about 5 mins.
    Place the chicken on a hot non-stick frying pan (there's no need to grease the pan) and seal both sides ( this will give the chicken more color and flavor) before putting them into the oven.

    My boyfriend and I love the chicken dish. Maybe you guys should try that too.
