Grilled Spicy Shark Steaks with Kimchee
Indredients:
Shark Steaks
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Butter
Kimchee (availible prepared at Wal-Mart)
Tabasco Sauce
Marinade the Shark Steaks in olive oil, salt, and pepper for 1 to 2 hours, and then place on a very hot grill with 1 pat of butter on top of each steak. Cook for approx. 4 to 5 minutes per side, adding 1 more pat of butter when flipping.
Remove steaks from grill, salt to taste, add dash of tabasco, and spoon on a couple tablespoons of Kimchee (Korean style pickled cabbage dish, should be induction friendly, very low carb).
This is quite tasty, very flavorful, and has a slight kick. Looks awesome too (kimchee has a very attractive red color). Easy to prepare, and shark steaks aren't too expensive, so a simple dish that tastes quite exotic and will wow guests for dinner party type situations.
I served this with some Mini-Carb brand biscuits, supposedly only 1 effective carb (2 total) per biscuit, and they taste a lot like biscuits meet hush puppies meet cornbread (although no corn is in the mix).
