Here's a simple Meatloaf recipe that we made for dinner. It turned out really good!
1 lb. of ground beef
1 roll of Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
1 Egg
1/4 cup ground pork rinds (optional)
Mix it all together and form a loaf. Put in bread pan and bake at 350 until center reaches 165 - 170 degrees or is no longer pink. Salt and pepper to taste.
