Does tabasco sauve have sugar?

My ketosticks haven't been as dark as before I started using tabasco sauce in my meals.

read the label! But, the brand I use as no added sugar. Remember the sticks are only a tool and sometimes too dark can be a sign you need more water. They are only a tool as are the scales and your tape measure. We have had alot of people lose weight here successfully without ever registering on or using the sticks!

Like Bren said, read the label. I don't think that the regular tabasco sauce has sugar but I know that some of the other varities do, like the Tabasco Chipolte Pepper one does have sugar.

good ol' regular tobasco=distilled vineger+red peppers+salt. Thats it!
