  • Tasty hot butter sauce

OK, this isn't much of a recipe, but I was trying to figure out a good induction-friendly dipping sauce for my grilled chicken (which is skinless and doesn't have much fat), something with no carbs and enough fat to balance out my fitday %s. I tried melting butter and adding 1tbsp of Louisiana hot sauce, and WOW it's tasty! Just melt as much butter as you want, and add hot sauce to taste. I also added some ground black pepper. This would also spice up seafood, or can be used as a basting sauce when you grill.

That's what we use up here in Buffalo for our famous chicken wings-butter and hot sauce!

Try it on your wings sometime- it's delicious!!

Mmmm, sounds good for grilled chicken and chicken wings. I steam artichokes and use it for dip. I also like it on fish. I'm getting hungry for chicken now.

That sounds good, I wonder why I never thought of a dipping sauce
