Jelly, aspartame 34mg, acelsufame-k 14 mg and artificial flavors, the label says 0 carbs of course, and the portion is of 10 g... Is it correct to eat this?

    My goal:
    I started Atkins: May 29th
    Breast: 90-90-90cm
    Waist: 78-72-66cm
    Hips: 94-87-87cm
    Body type:5' 2" inches (159cm)
I dont think I want to lose more weight, just complete correctly the phases. I LOVE ATKINS!

Is it a fruit jelly? Technically you must wait until the appropriate rung. If it's a jelly made from strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries, you may eat it on Rung 4. If it's a fruit jelly made from oranges, apples, grapes, etc. you must wait until Rung 7.

Many people try to stay away from aspartame, and Dr. Atkins recommended avoiding it too. It has been known to stall weightloss.

OH wait, do you mean gelatin? It's technically legal but be careful of the aspartame.

Each person's experience is different. I've eaten gelatin with aspartame before but have not noticed any ill effects from it. But I rarely eat gelatin, so who knows?

If you're on the appropriate rung and would like a jelly without aspartame I would go for Hero Sugar Free Preserves. Hero is sweetened with splenda. I usually get the Strawberry preserves and it only has one carb per serving! I have found it at most grocery stores in Cali: Staters, Ralphs, Vons, Albertsons, etc.

Thanks for the tip... but here there's not many products with splenda sweetener... just aspartamo
